It’s your band!
Get ready to hit the stage and make it happen. You will form your own band and perform a concert by the end of the week! Work together with your bandmates and create your band name & logo, and image. Participate in photo sessions and live video. Learn about the History of Rock, recording techniques, and what makes the music business tick … from the people who know.

After helping to guide the careers of major rock icons like Triumph, Rik Emmett, Kim Mitchell, Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), April Wine and The Gandharvas … founder Ross Munro put the Rock This Way Team together in 2004. Since then, we’ve been teaching both kids the fundamentals of rock & pop music. Our Rock Summer Camps are the real thing!
Advanced Performance / Recording Camps
Our Advanced Camps are geared towards students aged 12 & up, who have been playing at least 2 years, and offers an opportunity to work in a small group environment with a professional producer. Learn about songwriting, performance and recording in this hands-on workshop (2 ½ hours a day).

Our RTW instructors know what it takes to perform on stage in a band, and in the recording studio. Many have toured the world playing music, and now want to pass that experience on. But musical talent isn’t enough for RTW standards; all of our instructors are warm, caring people who connect with both kids and adults.
